I’ve interviewed thousands of candidates over the course of my 33 plus-year career, and it didn’t take long for it to become clear that candidates just weren’t fully prepared to compete in the interview process. During my decades-long experience as a Divisional Sales Manager and Deputy Director of Training for Major Fortune 500 Companies – such as Johnson and Johnson, Roche, Biogen and Sanofi – I trained and developed people across the country ranging from entry-level positions all the way up to Senior Executive roles.
During my career, I developed a passion for coaching people from all spectrums to become fully prepared to effectively compete in the interview process.
